This webinar of the VPHi Keynote Webinar Series took place on 12 Dec 2018 at 12 CET featuring Luca Emili from InSilicoTrials Technologies.
The webinar presents how modeling & simulation combined with a changing regulation can accelerate the development and approval of new drugs and medical devices. New regulations in Europe, guidance, and initiatives from the US combined with the availability of validated models are defining a new way to innovate in the life sciences industry. Dr Emili shows how a combination of regulations, technologies, and science is necessary to proceed in this pathway.
The VPHi keynote webinar series is a quarterly event organized by the VPHi Student Committee that provides a forum for access to senior community members and their expert competence for chiefly young scientists, but also to the VPH community as a whole.
