The members of the Board of Trustees are the President, and the two Financial Auditors. The role of the Board of Trustees is to supervise the operations of the Board of Directors, ensuring that such operations do not get into conflict with the interests of the membership at large and does not violate the common law, the legal provisions and the provisions in the articles of association.

The Board of Directors (BoD) runs the general affairs and represents the VPH Institute in all circumstances. Its main duty is to drive the Institute policy, setting the agendas, proposing specific actions and approving the annual business plan.

The General Assembly is the sovereign body of the Institute, and it is composed by the representatives all its members. The General Assembly nominates both the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustee.
