At the recent General Assembly held in Paris on 4 Oct 2019, the election process of the new Board of Trustees of the VPHi Institute was finalised.
The Board of Trustees is composed by the President and the two Financial Auditors. Its role is to supervise the operations of the Board of Directors, ensuring that such operations do not get into conflict with the interests of the membership at large and does not violate the common law, the legal provisions and the provisions in the articles of association.
