During the last general assembly meeting, the VPHi members approved the creation of an executive committee that will strengthen the interaction between the VPH institute and its membership. The call for nominations is now open with application deadline the 10th of November 2024.
The executive committee collaborates with the VPHi Board of Directors and the VPHi staff to implement the goal of our organisation. Each of the committee member will be assigned a specific role and an area of activity to focus on, which could cover the following topics or more:

By standing as a candidate for this election you will take a leading role in supporting the full adoption of in silico medicine, developing our community and realising the mission of our organisation. These positions are accessible to scientists in all career stages starting from the postdoctoral stage onward (or its equivalent in terms of scientific experience). Young scientists up to 2 years post-PhD are encouraged to respond to the student committee call here.
Committee members serve for two years, with possibility for re-election for two additional mandates (a total of six years). They will be officially elected by the General Assembly and will be invited to attend board meetings. They will be assisted by the VPHi staff and the membership in the implementation of the implementation of their activities.
