At the Drug and Health Sciences Department of the University of Catania (Italy), in Silico World Project is offering a postdoc to be employed in modeling and simulation through in silico trials Agent-Based Modeling (ABM) methodologies for drug efficacy evaluation and safety.
The candidate will have to assist the advancement phase of the UISS immune system simulation platform to make it ready for the development of the specific disease modules related to our project. In addition, the research fellow will be responsible for the implementation of temporal and spatial scaling techniques in relation to agent-based models.
