The EU-funded initiative eHealth Hub launched on 24 October the eHealth Hub Platform, a free online catalogue mapping the ecosystem of IT companies, investors experts, corporates and business supporters active in the European digital health landscape.
This initiative has been launched to better identify key players in eHealth ecosystem in order to better enhance transparency in the sector and enable stakeholders' interaction to promote and accelerate business growth. The Platform aims at bringing together eHealth SMEs and investors and other stakeholders.

Background
The eHEalth Hub, the European Hub for eHealth Business Support has been launched in October 2016 with the aim to provide long-term, high-quality, vertically-focused and business-oriented services tailored to the needs of European eHealth SMEs and stakeholders. The eHealth Hub aims to develop partnerships with major European and international e-health networks, health care organizations, investors and other stakeholders, setting up a sustainable network of contacts and the market basis to generate business growth for digital Health providers in the EU. A demand-driven approach is used promote new business and collaboration opportunities for SMEs and key ecosystem stakeholders including pharma and medtech groups.
