On 21 February, the Commission announced that 33 proposals for preparatory actions for new FET Flagships had been submitted. These include the VPHi proposal entitled “I²AGE – Transforming the challenge of ageing into an age of opportunity”.
The proposals will be evaluated by scientific experts in a two-step process:
The results will be announced by the end of 2018 and funding for a one-year preparatory phase will be granted to up to 6 proposals in the following areas:
