New MDCG Guidance documents released
On 8 July 2024, the Medical Device Coordination Group (MDCG) issued an updated guidance to help manufacturers, notified bodies and health institutions classify in vitro diagnostic (IVD) devices before they are placed on the market under the In Vitro Diagnostic Regulation (IVDR).
