In May this year, the European Commission – DG GROW and DG INTPA, launched the EU-Africa healthcare marketplace and matchmaking events. This consisted in a series of events that is coming to an end in June with a last webinar and with the opportunities for participant European and African companies, investors and researchers to establish contacts during bilateral meetings.
The entire range of supply, production and services around health products including pharma, medtech, eHealth, mHealth will be addressed, as well as specific trade and regulatory aspects - amongst other aspects.
On June 27 the webinar Future for EU-Africa Healthcare will host EC and AU Commissioners and high-level representatives of private sector, while the companies themselves have already started to schedule matchmaking meetings on June 27 and 28.
